Celebrate fall with a cozy, creative afternoon at Above Average Candle Studio! Start by creating a custom fragrance from our Fall Into Relaxation Fragrance Menu, then use your signature blend to pour a 6oz soy candle. While your candle sets, head to our Bloom Bar to handcraft a beautiful fall-inspired floral arrangement using seasonal stems and foliage. You’ll leave with two handcrafted keepsakes and the perfect way to welcome the season. Classes begin promptly, and there is no grace period for late arrivals. Late participants are not eligible for refunds but will receive a class credit valid for one calendar year. All classes and workshops are FINAL SALE. If Above Average Candle Studio cancels your class, you may reschedule at a discount or receive a full refund. Need to reach us? Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellation & Reschedule Policy At Above Average Candle Studio, every experience is thoughtfully prepared in advance — including staffing, materials, and reserved seating. Because of this, we ask all guests to review and respect the following policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Guests must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an experience. We will grant reschedule requests on the day of your choosing provided the class has space available. Cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations become Class Credits, Guests may reschedule their experience up to one (1) year from the original booking date. Guests may reschedule for a different experience. If the new experience has a higher price, a secure pay link will be sent for the price difference. No-Shows Guests who do not attend their scheduled experience and do not provide 24 hours’ notice will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their booking without refund or reschedule credit. By booking an experience with Above Average Candle Studio, you agree to this cancellation and reschedule policy. Chargeback Policy Chargebacks submitted for missed experiences, late arrivals, unavailable preferred booking dates, previous offered classes/experiences/workshops, late cancellations, or failure to follow the policy will be formally disputed. We will provide booking confirmations, timestamps, communication records, attendance logs, screenshots, and this posted policy to your payment processor. Our goal is always fairness, transparency, and great experiences — and this policy helps us continue offering high-quality, well-staffed workshops for every guest.
